Hamara Sankalp initiated from grass root level organization and hence it is true to think about the programmes in the slum area of Nand Nagri in which maximum people belong to minority community so we could create some lasting impact on the various fronts such as Health, Nutrition, Non-formal/Formal Education and those that emphasis involvement of children and other
activities by way of imparting vocational training such as tailoring course, fashion technology (specially for women only) and computer training course with tailoring course (men) which also emphasize involvement of unemployed youth. It has done many programmes since its inception in the year 2001 at this backward area and tried to fulfill its vision and objectives in an utmost level for the benefit of the needy people by way of providing welfare amenities like rehabilitation, Health and nutrition in a charitable manner.
As we stand then with support of our well wisher we expand our hands in the rural area of Alwar of Rajasthan. In Dec 2004 we picked up the track with Entrepreneurship development programme in Behror Block of Alwar District of Rajasthan with the Support of Seth Rudhmal Foundation Alwar. During this period, we also organized Vocational training programme for unemployed youth and a different programme on environment awareness, youth awareness in Rajasthan.
During the period 2005-06 some major activity like Watershed training camp and anicut construction, implemented by our organization with the support of DRDA Alwar. More than 2300 trainees took their participation and acknowledged them about new techniques and technology to conserve water. With this major work we emphasized on Gram Sabha meeting camps, Youth wood craft training camp, AIDS awareness programme to empower the rural community of Alwar and Jaipur. Strengthening community organization, local bodies, and Panchayati Raj Institutions is one of the integral parts of our mission. We recognized women’s empowerment through Panchayat Raj Institutions in early days. We conduct training for PRI representatives at regular intervals for effective self-governance During 2006-07 we focused on training and capacity building programme in Rajasthan and implemented different activity as a sister organization of Janmitram in Raigarh Dist of Chhattisgarh as a sister organization we show our potentialities in the field of Training, Social Mobilization, SHG Promotion, Micro plan Watershed activities. In the next five year that is till 2015, Hamara Sankalp has successfully implemented skill oriented training p[programs to increase employability potential of the beneficiaries in Uttarakhand and Assam. During 2015 -19, we collaborated with the state institute of rural development and its Extension training center to impart orientation training to key actors of rural development such as PRI elected Members , SHGs , ASHA and ANWANWADI Workers etc in Uttar Pradesh (lucknow),Madhya pradesh (ujjain) .In the Last three financial year ( 2020-21-22) we have undertaken capacity development programs of rural stakeholders in the state of nagaland ,manipur and Maharashtra covering around 40,000 beneficiaries in total.
The Hamara Sankalp’s trip itself is the real embodiment of both its philosophy and its tenets.With the aim of specializing development in many pillars including education, skills, health, women’s empowerment, and child development, the organization’s ongoing development has seen a number of partnerships as well as aid from important government departments and authorities.Through the dedicated delivery of specially designed training sessions, a number of Programmes including Integrated Community Development Programme, Entrepreneurship Development Programme, Rural Capacity Development Programme, etc. have been successfully undertaken.
