It is urgently needed to assimilate skills development into rural development policies and strategies such as agricultural policies and private sector development and entrepreneurship policies.
SPECIALIZED TRAINING SKILLS
- Prepare Training design
on how the training program will undertake.by prepare the framework of the program based on available time, resources and objectives of the program.
- Training Module Development
It indicates how the training is to proceed, including the basic reference material and sharing with other trainers before the commencement of the session will make the session go smoother.
- Organise Training Program
We may proceed with the training program as per schedule/ training modules.
- Training Evaluation:
It is very important to measure whether the objectives of the training program are fulfilled or not. We can do mid-term evaluation also to see the training is carrying out in the right direction or not for corrective measures
- Government/ Local Bodies training/ Community mobilisation Programs:
As a pioneer training agency, we undertake training programs of central, State government and local government agencies based on their training design and Training Module and complete the work within a time frame.

We understand that when a child grows above 18 years of age, S/he has to face tremendous social pressure with varied reasons to become economically stable with a sustainable employment or self-employment so that s/he may support the household’s needs and meet the expectations of family and society. Our training program has contributed significantly more than 1000 of youth specially from poor economic background to take employment and live meaningful productive life. Our skills training program consists of various thematic areas of employment like carpentry, computer, mobile repairing etc.
We carry our need assessment and interest of each potential candidate at the very beginning of the selection process and design module and plan based on the capacity of individual learner. Every trainee goes intensive internship/ on the job training post s/he completes training at our centres.
